                      Refund Instructions

                      1. Refund Process/Refund Time/Handling Fee Notes:
                      [1] If the refund is due to quality issues, shortages, cancellations, delayed shipments or other reasons, please contact our customer service, then we’ll process it asap. Besides, as reminder, currently we can only refund via Paypal, sorry if any inconvenience caused!
                      [2] Method for Refund: Only via Paypal: sskalen@gmail.com;
                      Time(Refund to your Paypal account): Immediate

                      2. Query Refund
                      After you apply for a refund, your request will be processed asap, please pay attention to the transactions made through your Paypal account within 1-3 workdays, and if there’re some abnormalities, please contact us.

                      3. Refund Notice:
                      [1] Provide refund information:
                      PayPal account: Please make sure that your PayPal account has passed the real-name authentication, lest we refund it to a wrong account or you fail to withdraw the balance.
                      [2] About handling fee:
                      1. If the account information you provide is incorrect and this results that the money has been refunded to a wrong account, the loss have to be borne by your own. Besides, if the refund action fails, then you need to be responsible for the handing charges since the second operation.
                      2. The handling fee will be deducted directly from the refund(That is, the final refund is equal to total refund minus handling fee.)
